Higley served as Construction Manager at risk for the $17.5 Million, four-story apartment building in Cleveland’s Larchmere neighborhood. The 92,100 SF Multi-Family Apartments is perched at the corner of Larchmere Boulevard and East 121st Street at the western end of the East Side commercial strip, known for its array of antique shops and restaurants.

Located in Cleveland’s Lachmere neighborhood, the building includes 88 market-rate studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as resident amenities, including a fitness room, conference rooms, coffee bar, and fourth floor lounge with views of Downtown Cleveland. The first floor also includes commercial office space, including the offices of project architects City Architecture.
