Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for extensive interior renovations at Fairview Hospital. The project scope includes fourth floor renovation, patchwork and painting, relocation of the Ombudsman office, and renovation of the former Ombudsman office into a 1000-SF retail pharmacy expansion. The Neuroscience Institute, 15,000-SF of new construction in the basement level of the hospital features 30 exam rooms, a med room, a nurse station, 4 patient testing rooms, a staff lounge, an infusion room, waiting area, and restrooms. The first-floor scope includes a nuclear camera replacement, endoscopy suite renovation, fluoroscopy room construction, and nurses’ locker room renovations. Renovations on the sixth floor encompass new painting, patchwork, vinyl flooring, and handrails, as well as med and nurse station renovations and information technology updates for general patient rooms. The Patient Tower 2nd floor South upgrade includes painting and flooring. Lastly, the project includes renovations to the hospital’s impatient pharmacy, MRI/CT Suite, Hybrid OR, and Gamma Radiosurgery.
