Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for the new Pins Mechanical, a 30,000 SF entertainment venue, located in the SouthSide Works in Pittsburgh.  The venue features duckpin bowling, pinball, classic arcade games, bocce ball, patio pong, a carnival slide, and more.

The first floor of the space required extensive demolition, as the existing building had been in a dilapidated condition. Higley completed wall framing and MEP rough-ins on the second floor while running a demo crew simultaneously on the first floor to complete the project with an accelerated schedule.
