Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for the $12 Million Solanus Casey Center Expansion & Renovation project in Detroit, Michigan. This expansion and renovation project included a building addition to an existing facility, new outdoor worship garden, and a new parking lot adjacent to the addition.

This expansion and renovation project included construction of a new 10,000 SF one story building. The new building is connected to the existing center and includes a new café/ gathering space, kitchen and gift shop. Interior renovations included creating a new primary entrance to the existing building, converting the existing gift shop into offices, modifying the confessional areas into a conference room/media room, modifying existing offices into a new confessional area. Also included in the project are two new parking lots & a new state of the art outdoor worship space for the larger masses.
