Project Description
Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk on the renovation of the 32,000SF $2.4 Million Summit on the Park Aquatic Center. This project is part of the Canton Township Capital Improvement Project.
Our team successfully replaced all ceramic tiles throughout the facility, including those in the three pools, hot tub, pool deck, locker rooms, steam spa, and corridors. The new tile designs feature mosaics depicting various sea creatures such as turtles, sharks, manta rays, dolphins, starfish, and crabs. Additionally, we replaced the marcite liner in the river walk. The project was completed on time and under budget.
