Project Description

Higley served as Construction Manager at Risk for the Western Reserve’s new medical office building in Hudson, OH. The 3-story project incorporated multiple different medical tenants and includes: x-ray, imaging, ophthalmology, and clinical exam areas.

Higley worked closely with Anchor Health Properties and Design Group to identify early bid packages and pre-purchasing of steel, elevators, RTU’s, and generators to assist with the procurement schedule. The project completed August 2023.
